A New Kind of Plaintiff's Law Firm

At Harding Law, our goal is to provide contingency-based legal services to individuals to level the playing field against greedy corporations. Whether it is unethical insurance companies refusing to pay valid injury claims, or massive online retailers engaging in deceptive business practices and illegally collecting user data, we want to even the score.

01. Planning & Strategy

Every case receives custom attention to devise a strategy to maximize the value of the claim.

02. Client’s Satisfaction

We provide a high-quality service for clients from all backgrounds across California.

Meet Our Founder

After a short stint representing corporate clients at one of the biggest law firms in the world, Nate decided that his true passion was in representing individuals who had been wrongfully harmed. Now he focuses his practice on helping injured people with all aspects of their claim, from litigation to trial.

Some Reasons to Work
Together

Proven Track Record

We have a proven record of successfully recovering large settlements on behalf of our clients in all types of personal injury actions.

Premium on Client Relations and Communication

Our firm and attorneys take pride in our reputation for being easily accessible and regularly providing clients with case status updates.

Aggressive Trial Lawyers

When a defendant plays hard ball, we do not shy away from a challenge. Our attorneys are prepared to file and take any case to jury trial in order to get maximum value for a claim.

We Provide Legal Services for a Percentage Fee

We front all costs related to your claim and we are only paid if we recover money for you. Our fee is a percentage of the total recovery. This allows us to represent people who could not otherwise afford an attorney.

What Type of Legal Services ?

We focus on helping individuals take on corporations in the courtroom, whether that be in the realms of personal injury, consumer fraud, or data privacy claims.
